Short version: we'll give you a free audit, you'll only audit sites you have a right to, and either of us can walk away anytime.
Who we are
Vizibli is an SEO and AI-search visibility audit tool. By joining the waitlist or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.
What you get on the waitlist
When you submit your email and website, we'll send you a free audit and occasional product updates. The audit is provided as-is for informational purposes. We make our best effort to be accurate, but we don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or business outcomes.
What you agree to
You confirm you have the right to share the website URL you submit (typically that means you own or work on that site). You won't use Vizibli to audit sites with the intent to harm them, scrape competitors at scale, or break any applicable laws.
Pricing and plans
Pricing shown on the site is indicative for launch. Exact prices, plan limits, and currency conversions may change before paid plans go live. Anyone on the waitlist will get clear advance notice and an early-bird offer before being asked to pay.
Cancelling and deleting your data
You can leave the waitlist at any time by replying to any email from us or emailing hello@vizibli.cloud. Once paid plans launch, you can cancel from your dashboard and we'll keep your data for 30 days in case you come back, then delete it.
Liability
Vizibli is provided without any warranty. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
If we materially change these terms, we'll email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
