Short version: we only collect what we need to give you a free audit, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and the website URL you submit. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address to stop the form being abused — the raw IP is never written to disk, and the hash can't be reversed back to an IP. That's it. We don't track you across the web, set advertising cookies, or buy data about you.
Why we collect it
We use your email to send you your free audit and occasional product updates. We use the website URL to run that audit. We don't share or sell either to anyone.
Where it's stored
Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) and processed by Resend for transactional email. Both are widely used SaaS providers with their own privacy commitments.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand which pages people visit and which actions convert. We run PostHog in a cookieless mode: no cookies or localStorage are used, your visit is not linked across sessions, and we respect the Do Not Track browser setting. We do not create a personal profile until you explicitly identify yourself (e.g. by signing in).
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we have, correct it, or delete it at any time. Just email hello@vizibli.cloud with the subject 'Data request' and we'll act within 7 days.
Changes
If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect.
